We began as a group inspired by Gretchen Rubin's book, website and blog, THE HAPPINESS PROJECT. However, the Happiness Project Book seems to be a second step, many of us need to define what we would like to work on Martha Beck’s book “FINDING YOUR OWN NORTH STAR - claiming the life you were meant to live”, addresses this. We have regrouped and tweaked our plan a bit and will be adding in Beck’s book. We have finished that book and are now moving onto "The Way of the Happy Woman - Living the Best …
